Through the main entrance a bright open concept kitchen with modern appliances (built in convection microwave etc) and living area await with a stunning view and  Smart TV. The adjoining dining room offers a wonderful lakeside view where the whole family can gather to enjoy meals at a long harvest table with seating for 10. Through sliding glass doors, access the spacious deck runs along the entire width of the cottage and offers privacy and a delightful cedar-dappled view of Fairy Lake.

The kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances including a fridge, gas stove, oven, dishwasher and an island that seats 5. From the kitchen there is access to a 2-piece bathroom. The BBQ is conveniently located just outside on the deck along with 4 Muskoka chairs that provide a great spot for your morning coffee or an afternoon’s escape with a much-anticipated novel. There is 1 bedroom located on the main floor with a queen bed and a built in closet with washer/dryer.  

The upper level has 3 bedrooms which include a master with king bed, walk-in closet and 3-piece ensuite; a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with 2 twin beds.  A separate 3-piece bathroom is available on this level.
From the staircase off the kitchen, access the lower-level with a fifth bedroom with double bed, a 2-piece bathroom. There is an invigorating, hot rock sauna, a living area with queen size pullout couch and a gas fireplace on this walk-out level, complete with sliding glass doors, allowing access to the lakeside fire pit and waterfront. For entertainment there is a cable access with a smart TV.
From the main deck there are 20 steps that lead to the grounds and approximately 30 additional steps to the water where there is a large dock with seating.  If you’re bringing a boat or jet ski, there is a jet ski slip and boat slip, with push button hydraulic lifts.  A rope course and various water toys including  2 adult kayaks, 1 child’s kayak and a floating lily pad will help make outdoor time exciting and enjoyable.

Extensive boating adventures can be explored on Fairy Lake, part of the popular 4-lake chain system that includes access to the public docks in Huntsville’s town centre.  Boat or drive to Huntsville with its quaint downtown for strolling, shopping, restaurants, live music and theatre and the well-loved Muskoka Heritage Place, with train rides on the Portage Flyer. There are numerous golf courses in the area.  Great for exploring nature and the great outdoors, world famous Algonquin Park is only a short drive away.  For winter enthusiasts, downhill skiing is available at Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area while groomed snowshoe trails, x-country skiing trails and skating are available at Arrowhead and Algonquin Provincial Parks.
