This upscale luxury cottage on the Indian River is perfect for a large family group with older children. Step into the bright and sunny cottage to an open area kitchen and dining room area with a sunken living room. Sliding doors lead out to the huge deck areas from both dining room and living room. The wall of windows gives an expansive view of the river. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare and serve meals for the whole group, and a dishwasher makes clean up easy.

There is seating in the dining room for up to 10 people. Step down a couple of steps to the living room where there is a propane fireplace and seating for six, as well as cable TV, with DVD player. With the WIFI internet, keeping in touch with social media is easy.

There are four bedrooms on this floor, all with queen sized beds. Between the first and second bedroom there is an ensuite with a shower, opening to both bedrooms. The main bathroom is a four- piece down the hallway.

Outside on the deck, which is the full length of the house facing the river, there is a large barbeque along with two tables and several outdoor chairs for outdoor dining pleasure.

On the lower level, there are three more bedrooms, again all with queen sized beds. There is sleeping space for a total of 14 people. Also on this level is a three piece bathroom with a shower. There is also another sitting area, identical to the one upstairs, and with a propane fireplace as well. There is a small couch, two chairs and an air hockey game on this level. At the bottom of the stairs, there is a bar area with stools for four people to sit over a glass of wine. A bar fridge and sink for cleanups completes this area.

Please take note that the staircase down to this area is spiral and may be difficult to navigate for young children or the elderly. You will need to use caution using these stairs. The lovely landscaped yard is very relaxing, with the river gently flowing into Mirror Lake. The water at the end of the dock is approximately  1.5 m  deep, the entrance from the waters edge is shallow and gradually gets deeper. There is a fire pit near the dock area, and wood is provided. The approach to the dock is grassy and level. With a quick drive into Port Carling, and easy entry to the big three lakes, this location is perfect.
