This charming, three-bedroom plus bunkie log cottage with a southern exposure provides a warm welcome upon entry. The décor offers a consistent theme of a lovely Muskoka rustic "chic" throughout. The large open living and dining room provide enough seating for family to gather around and enjoy time together. There is a large screen television mounted over the fireplace. This is the perfect spot to curl up on the large sectional couch to watch a movie or read a book.

The kitchen has many amenities, including stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and a very ample supply of dishware. Just off the kitchen is a large screened-in porch are which provides the perfect spot to watch the sunset after dinner.

There are two generous sized bedrooms tastefully decorated on the main floor. The master suite offers a king-sized bed, a four-piece en-suite bath, with a sliding door walk-out to the deck area. The second bedroom features a double bed. The main floor three-piece bathroom is conveniently located close to the second bedroom.

The lower level walk-out basement is bright and cheerful offering a private third bedroom that has its own gas fireplace and an en-suite bath. A private bunkie at the water's edge, provides its own little nook of privacy and additional sleeping quarters with a stunning view of the lake from the queen-sized bed.

Outside, there is plenty of space to sit and soak up the sun on the large, in-laid stone patio. A separate area overlooking the lake provides an inviting hot tub (not available in 2021) and convenient outdoor shower. At the shoreline, a thirty-foot dock, three kayaks, and a paddleboard await the most enthusiastic of water lovers. The large fire-pit will offer plenty of enjoyment as the sun sets after another fun-filled day at the lake. The cottage is located on Highway 35 just minutes outside of Dorset. There you can find an LCBO, the famous Robinson's General Store and some nice restaurants.
