These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Find Vacation Home Rentals (“we”, “us”, or “the platform”) and govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Accounts & security
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Provide accurate, current registration information.
- Keep your password secure and do not share your account.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use or suspected security breach.
4. Bookings, enquiries & payments
Find Vacation Home Rentals is a marketplace that connects travelers with property owners and managers. Unless expressly stated, we are not a party to the rental agreement between a traveler and a host, and we do not own, manage, or control any listed property.
- Enquiries and bookings are subject to each host’s availability, house rules, and cancellation policy.
- Prices, fees, and taxes are displayed before you submit an enquiry or booking where applicable.
- Any subscription or promotion fees payable by hosts are described at the point of purchase and are governed by these Terms.
5. Host obligations
If you list a property, you agree that you will:
- Have the legal right to list and rent the property and hold all required licences and permits.
- Provide accurate descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability, and keep them up to date.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including tax, safety, and local short-term-rental regulations.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Break any law or infringe the rights of others.
- Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or off-platform payment requests.
- Transmit spam, malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or other users’ accounts.
- Scrape, harvest, or copy content without our written permission.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it in connection with operating and promoting the Services.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular property will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Services or any dealings between travelers and hosts.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to other users or to us. You may stop using the Services at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that location, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
