Located on beautiful Georgian Bay, Rocky Shores has plenty of space with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a great outdoor area and lots of entertaining space throughout, with its open concept living.

On the main floor a sunken living area is completed with a TV and fireplace. Located on the main floor is the first bedroom and bathroom with a shower. There is an expansive kitchen, with island bar seating, and a dining area complete with a cozy fireplace and seating for eight. 

The first bedroom on the main floor is equipped with a queen bed. Upstairs off the dining area there is the second bedroom with a king size bed and views over the bay, and a desk area (for those who have to check their email). The third bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with doubles.  The fourth bedroom on the lower level has a queen bed, while the fifth bedroom has two bunk beds (one double bunk bed and one twin bunk bed).  

The upstairs bathroom is situated between the bedrooms and includes a rainfall shower and two sinks. In the lower level is another inviting and cozy lounge area complete with a TV and fireplace and two additional bedrooms. 

Sliding doors lead to the deck area with a covered porch dining area and plenty of lounge space overlooking picturesque Georgian Bay. On the lakeside the yard consists of a level lawn and interlocking brick patio and sitting area, a fire pit, and steps to the rocky shoreline with a concrete ramp leading into the water. 

Above the two-car garage is a games room great for the entire family, with an additional lounge and games area. The loft area includes game’s tables, a TV, washroom and fourth fireplace.  
 
The rocky waterfront is not ideal for young children. Please note that the water can get quite choppy and is best suited for stronger swimmers. The swimming conditions are not suitable for children under 10 years of age.  Children should always wear a lifejacket while in the water. Several beaches, Woodland Beach, Blue Water Beach, and Wasaga Beach are a short distance from the cottage and provide a great way to enjoy a beautiful sunny day. 

This spacious cottage provides plenty of room for 10-12 guests to enjoy what this beach town has to offer.
