This is newly remodeled. It's an upstairs unit and looks straight out to the ocean with a gorgeous view. You hear the sound of the surf loud and clear. The beach is right out front. Walking distance to the pier, harbor, shops and restaurants. The sunsets are gorgeous. The beach level and composition out front changes with the tides throughout the year.

The space
This is an upstairs studio with new kitchen & bath, tile floors, spacious closet storage. It has a whole house fan to cool the unit down. It has a queen bed, leather love seat couch, flat screen tv, counter dining in the kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with all cooking and dining utensils, gas range, microwave, 18 cu ft refrigerator.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use our complimentary beach equipment - beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, life guard chairs. We have an equipment room with everything available. There is a patio down below with a large propane bbq and picnic table for ocean view dining. We have a collection of paperbacks for your reading pleasure - located in the laundry room. Our laundry machines are coin operated.

Pet dogs are accepted with some breed restrictions and a $100 pet fee.
No cats allowed.
