Awesome ocean view deck to relax and watch the waves rolling in. Literally about 30 steps to the sand. Sleep to the sound of the waves. Walking distance to all ( pier, ). Pacific Blue Apartments is at 306 S Strand just a 5 minute walk to the pier, downtown Oceanside restaurants & shops, the movie theater, coaster/amtrak train station and more.

The space
California King in the bedroom. Laz-y-boy memory foam sleeper couch in the living room. Completely updated - cabinets, granite counters, tiled shower. Quiet cool whole house fan. Slider from the kitchen/living area opens to ocean view deck. There is one other unit in this cute one story building. Each unit has its own deck. The decks each have a step down to a shared middle landing with one additional step to the ground level of the parking lot.

Guest access
This is a private unit with slider out to the deck. Adjoining unit in the same building also has a slider out to its own deck as shown in the photos. BBQ is on the patio at the back of the building. Enjoy complimentary use of our boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach chairs and beach toys. We have an outdoor shower for rinsing from the beach.
