Pacific Blue Apartments, 2nd building in from the Ocean. Sleep to the sound of the waves, wake up & surf. Stroll to the pier, farmers market, shopping, restaurants. Cozy single story 1 bedroom unit sleeps 4. East half of the 2nd building in from the beach. 425 sq ft. This unit has an attached ocean view deck.

The space
Pacific Blue Apartments is ocean front on the Strand beach in Oceanside. The signs and sound of the waves crashing on the shore is mesmerizing and relaxing. You do hear the waves in the unit. Our one bedroom, with a king bed and queen pull-out couch is a first floor unit, 2nd building in from the beach. All of our units are equipped with Quiet Cool whole house fans. This unit has a fantastic ocean view deck from which to watch the waves rolling in. The beach is just a few steps away. We have patio chairs and a large community picnic table just outside.
The bathroom includes a walk in shower ( no tub). The queen sleeper couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, gas range, refrigerator, toaster all utensils and cooking needs. Free WiFi. The beach level and composition changes with the tides and time of year.

Guest access
We provide beach towels, beach chairs & umbrellas, boogie boards. We have an outdoor shower for rinsing from the beach. Enjoy a bbq on our XL grill and dine with your family at our large ocean view picnic table. You will have an assigned parking space. Extra parking is available up the stairs on Pacific St. Coin operated washers & dryers on site.

Other things to note
Dogs are considered subject to breed approval and with $100 pet fee. Please ask before booking. No cats allowed. The city does not allow dogs on the beach. Our property is smoke free inside and out.
