This panoramic ocean view studio at Pacific Blue Apartments has its own attached deck where you can sit and watch the waves breaking on the shore, people watch passersby on the Strand, and enjoy beautiful sunsets. Enjoy a pleasant stroll to the pier, and many shops and restaurants. Completely remodeled with open kitchen, step in shower, tile floors. Quiet Cool whole house fan. Free assigned parking.

The space
Just listen to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. This studio is in the front building on the property closest to the beach. It's completely updated with new tile floors, granite counters, appliances, step in shower, flat screen tv, and Whole House Fan to keep you cool.
Want to vacation with friends & family? We also have one bedroom, studio and three bedroom vacation units at this location.
Enjoy complimentary: parking, propane bbq on the patio, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards.

I live in the area, manage several properties, and am available as needed if there is anything extra a guest would like to make their stay more comfortable. I also have a resident manager on site.

Other things to note
The unit is up front on the property, right next to the Strand, the one way road that runs between the property and the beach. Cars are generally going by at about 5mph. The composition and level of the beach changes throughout the year. We may have a combination of sand and river rocks at times.
