Pacific Blue Apartments is Steps to the sand on the Strand beach just south of Oceanside Pier. Sleep to the sound of the waves. Enjoy the awesome ocean view in this upstairs studio - ( on the left side of the property above the parking lot). Stroll or bike along the Strand to the pier, farmers market, shopping, restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen. BBQ. Beach Towels & Chairs & Boogie boards. Visit San Diego Zoo, Safari Park, Legoland, Disneyland, Sea World. Quiet Cool whole house fan.

The space
We are right at the ocean. You cannot get any closer. The sound and sight of the waves crashing on the shore is mesmerizing and relaxing. Our studio with queen bed is on the second floor facing the ocean. Big ocean view window. (upstairs on the left in the main picture) Beautiful ocean view downstairs on the patio as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, gas range, refrigerator, toaster all utensils and cooking needs. Free WiFi. A newly installed Whole House Fan will help keep things cool in the warm months.

Enjoy complimentary use of boogie boards, beach chairs, life guard chairs, beach umbrellas, patio and propane bbq.

Other things to note
We are a 10 unit property. We vacation rental 8 of the units. The composition and level of the beach changes throughout the year with sand and river rocks pushed around by the tides.
