In the heart of WLA, 30 minutes to LAX, one block to G O O G L E Corp-West End Offices in WLA, one block to Landmark Theatre and Westside Pavillion, 1.2 miles to FOX Studios, 3 miles to Beverly Hills, 6.5 miles to Santa Monica Pier, 10 miles to Hollywood & Hollywood Bowl, 2 miles to UCLA, 5 miles to Getty Museum, 1 mile to Rancho Park Golf Club. Luxury, new, queen size bed, bathroom and new, queen sleeper, sectional sofa. Must be respectful of neighbors!

Stunning, newly remodeled and professionally decorated. Please respect our home as it was yours. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood. You have your own private entrance behind fenced, shared backyard. We sanitize everything and want you to love your vacation rental. You can have up to 4 people sleeping in the guest house since the sectional , queen sleeper sofa folds to queen mattress. No parties, respect your neighbors. Great corporate housing, a couple, single or small family. We pay for one street parking pass. You can purchase extra parking passes. EV charger available for small fee. High speed 400 mbps WIFI included and cable. & HBO. Shared backyard with BBQ, 4 chairs with table and umbrella. Shared Kenmore Elite washer/dryer in garage with new shared Shark vacuum. Small storage space in garage with owners permission. Dog allowed with owners permission and $250 dog fee. Must clean New, BBQ after you use it please. Or there is additional fee. Maids don't clean BBQ

Our guest house is centrally located, 2 minutes to Interstate 10 and 405 Freeways. Walking distance to bus stops and The Metro. The Bird Scooters and Bike Rentals all around us. The newly remodeled guest house is a private, one bedroom with brand new mattress and high end luxury bedding, gorgeous bathroom and full kitchen with a private ,entrance. There is a fully functional full size, galley kitchen new, stainless steel appliances with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans and eating utensils.

You have a large shared yard to lounge around with table, 4 chairs, umbrella and new BBQ. (Must clean BBQ after each use or there will be extra cleaning fee) Two lounge chairs for yard with new astroturf and yoga ball and mat furnished. This is a great, quiet neighborhood to walk or ride bikes or walk your dog. Street is a one way, residential street. This is not a loud, dorm situation. Corporate housing or a couple. Must be respectful of the neighbors and noise. Free parking pass for street parking only, included. We sanitize with bleach and lysol, furnish hand sanitizer, immaculate guest house. Small area in garage for storage with owners approval only. Free, Shared, luxury laundry, Kenmore Elite washer/ dryer in garage.(You furnish your soap)

The dining table is perfect for dining as well as bringing your laptop and using it as a productive work place. And there is a built in desk area in the kitchen with new quartz counters. Free high speed WIFI (400) mbps with FREE HBO & SHOWTIME!

There is one bathroom with new glass, frameless shower, designer tiles and rock pebble flooring. Guest house has been completely remodeled. New porcelain tiles throughout guest house with quartz counters.

Other amenities include luxurious, linens, plush towels, new mini split air conditioning- heating unit in living room and bedroom, and luxury Kenmore Elite washer & dryer on site. Free WiFi Internet(400 mbps) and cable, HBO, New 55" Smart TV. Newly remodeled throughout, CODE keyless access, dimmable LED lighting through out entire house , opens to a shared yard to relax and chill. Or great play area in fenced yard.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so parties are not allowed. No smoking inside, outside smoking only. Must sign non smoking addendum for inside guest house. Coveted school district and great area. Close to everything.

Hospitals, Schools, UCLA, Westwood Village, Century City Offices, Rancho Park Golf Club, Beaches, Beverly Hills, Studios, Celebrities, 3rd Street Promenade, The Grove, LACMA, La Brea tar pits, LA Opera, Universal Studios, Pantages, 5 minutes to World Famous Century City Westfield Mall. Walking distance to movie theaters, bars and restaurants.(Famous-The Apple Pan)

UCLA's Ronald Reagan's Hospital, St. Johns, Cedar Sinai, Children's Hospital L.A are all very close.

We are 2 miles away from Rancho Park with Golf, Swimming, Tennis and a great park! Westwood Rec Center has basketball, tennis and a great dog park.

We love dogs but with an extra, approved per dog fee. No Cats sorry.
