Great corporate housing, a couple, single or small family. We pay for one street parking pass. You can purchase extra parking passes. EV charger available for small fee. High speed 400 mbps WIFI included and cable. & HBO. Shared backyard with BBQ, 4 chairs with table and umbrella. Shared Kenmore Elite washer/dryer in garage with new shared Shark vacuum. Small storage space in garage with owners permission. Dog allowed with owners permission and $250 dog fee. Must clean New, BBQ after you use it please. Or there is additional fee. Maids don't clean BBQ

You have a large shared yard to lounge around with table, 4 chairs, umbrella and new BBQ. (Must clean BBQ after each use or there will be extra cleaning fee) Two lounge chairs for yard with new astroturf and yoga ball and mat furnished. This is a great, quiet neighborhood to walk or ride bikes or walk your dog. Street is a one way, residential street. This is not a loud, dorm situation. Corporate housing or a couple. Must be respectful of the neighbors and noise. Free parking pass for street parking only, included. We sanitize with bleach and lysol, furnish hand sanitizer, immaculate guest house.
