This charming and convenient 3BR/2BA is perfect for a family getaway or group vacation! Private garden for backyard fun. Spacious common areas with original artwork and exotic visual treats. Comfy beds. Triple filtered drinking water from every tap. Everything you need for a perfect stay!

We are amazingly located on the border of Santa Monica and Venice. Enjoy watching movies, playing X-Box, pole dancing or barbecuing in our pretty backyard. Up to 4 bikes are available for easy access to the beach!

You're minutes from the beach, Rose Ave and Abbot Kinney where you can browse, shop, drink and dine in style. This is a residential neighborhood with many beautiful parks and houses nearby. Great for walking and viewing pretty homes.

The entire house is yours to enjoy - 3 bedrooms, living and dining rooms, two bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen. There's also a garden with daybed, deck and bbq grill. Parking in the front driveway.

Other things to note
We're near a small airport so you may hear the very occasional small plane going overhead during the day. They don't fly at night. Most people don't find the planes to be a problem (read our reviews - guests all state it’s not an issue) but we want you to know they exist. :)
