The space
This charming cottage has a skylight and beamed ceilings. The gate leads through a private entrance, so our guests can enjoy their privacy and peace. Guests will have a bedroom with AC overlooking a peaceful garden, plus their own separate garden patio to enjoy. The kitchen has all the necessities - a microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, cookware, and dishware. The spacious living room has a flatscreen TV and plenty of seating. Street parking is always available in this safe neighborhood.

This fantastic location is a 10 min bike ride (or 5 min drive) from famous Venice Beach. Pack a picnic and enjoy it in the California sun! The cottage is walking distance from two large parks, a golf course, shopping/bars/restaurants and the beach. The 10, 405 and 90 freeways are within minutes and LAX is a 15-min drive away. From this awesome location, you can take a stroll to world-famous restaurants, like Cafe Gratitude or Baby Blues BBQ (among many others). You can also enjoy the Venice and Santa Monica nightlife scene without worrying about designated drivers or cab fares - just Uber back to your home away from home! Our neighborhood is clean, safe, and overall a wonderful location for a short-term stay.

Other things to note
We are near a small airport and occasional planes can be heard overhead. Their frequency varies but most people just tune them out. If you're very sensitive to noise this may not be the right place for you, but really they are not a disturbance for 99% of our guests. They don't fly at night.
