Modern 3,000 sq. ft. 3BR home all with en-suite baths plus a bonus room. Bedrooms two and three can be configured with either a king bed or as two twins. Perfect for up to three couples and one single or one couple and five singles. Our home also has a full size futon in the living room which can be sectioned off. Additional charges of $100 per night, per guest for more than 7 guests.
There are 2 outdoor seating areas, including a beautiful Zen garden. 3 separate living areas provide plenty of personal space for everyone in the family. We offer many amenities including a Foosball table, bikes and beach supplies.
The house is 1 short block to trendy Abbot Kinney district and surrounded by a vast array of cultural and entertainment amenities. Head West 2 short blocks to the Venice Boardwalk. The nearby bike path parallels the Venice Beach Boardwalk and stretches North thorough Santa Monica and South to Redondo Beach. The deep, white sandy beach offers volleyball, biking, basketball and many other outdoor activities.
