Marina Beach Studio, Steps To The Sand!
This beautiful large studio apartment with new furniture, paint, blinds etc is only a minute walk from the pristine and peaceful beach of Marina Del Rey and a short walk to the shops, nightlife, restaurants and the famous beaches of Venice, California! The start of Venice Beach is only a 5 minute walk or 1 minute bike ride away.
The Studio has a new memory foam comfortable queen bed and a new private washer/dryer in the unit. There is a couch and a high end air mattress available.
The unit also has a 48" smart TV with Cable TV and Netflix , a private bathroom, and a full kitchen, with a dining room table that seats 4. This space is big for a studio and it has everything you need to feel at home!
Guest can enjoy the Southern California sunshine from the shared patio downstairs with a new teak table, umbrella and a BBQ.
The studio is ideal for 2 people but we will accept up to 4 people. Please note the 20/person extra charge for occupancy over 2 people. This is strictly enforced and will be taken from the deposit if more than 2 people are seen using the property.
The unit is in close proximity of LAX, 5.9 miles, about 12 minutes with no traffic.
**We typically set our nightly rates 4-6 months in advance. In the event you are looking to reserve our property farther in advance please inquire about our exact rates BEFORE making a "Book It Now" or "Instant Book" reservation.
We accept insta book for this property, however, we reserve the right to cancel within 12 hours in the unlikely event there is a reservation on another booking site. We have not had to do this yet but make this rule as a precaution only
We reserve the right to cancel your an instant booking reservation within 24hrs of the booking if your dates leave between 1 and 3 nights open from an existing reservation. This is rarely done and we will normally notify you within a few hours. Contact us for exceptions.
The check in time is 4pm. On rare occasion housekeeping or maintenance issue might prevent us to prepare the unit by 4pm we reserve the right to move the check in time to 6pm.
Please note:
Bath towels, bed linens, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash ARE provided, beach towels ARE NOT provided.
You may add mid-stay partial cleaning for $42.00
We charge $49 for Property Damage Protection. This fee will release you for any accidental damage to the property up to $1,500. We do not collect a deposit. In the event there is damage in excess of $1,500 you will be responsible.

Copies of guests drivers licenses or passports are required for last minute bookings made within 7 days of arrival (unfortunately this is necessary as we have had guests pay with stolen credit cards) or within 14 days of arrival if you are a new VRBO traveler. No exceptions.
