This unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 Bath, 1 over sized shower, full kitchen + on site laundry, approx. 880 sf with cute and cozy atmosphere with very convenient location which is very close to sea world, beaches, free way and many more activities.

About beds : This description is subject to each individual.

The master bed room has over sized bathroom / shower and King size memory foam bed which 2 adult could sleep very comfortably.

The other bedroom has full size sofa/futon bed with 3inch memory foam on ( makes it very conformable ) which 1 adult and 1 kid could sleep.

In the living room, there is the sofa bed which open up to full size bed ( regular spring mat ) 1 adult and 1 kid could sleep on.

I have a air mattress besides these beds. If you need it, please let me know when you make a reservation.

Guest access:

This place is close to everything for San Diego's fun activities. With in 10-20 minutes by car, you can reach to sea world, ocean beach, mission beach, pacific beach, downtown, balboa park, San Diego zoo, airport etc.

Getting around:

It is easy to have a car to get around but there is the bus stop 1 block down form this location on west point loma blvd.

YMCA is 4 blocks away that you could walk to.

Parking:

The parking is street parking. You can find parking space with in 1 -2 blocks normally. After 8pm, it gets less parking space but still you can find the parking spot with in couple of blocks. It is safe area to walk in this neighborhood.

House rules

- Please enjoy your stay and respect neighbors. No big party / event allow.

- No smoking inside of the unit. Any kind.

- No shoes in the unit for you to be relaxed and keep the place clean for next guests.

- No pets allowed unless it's permitted before you check in.

- No taking items to home from unit. ( towels, shampoo, and cleaning supply etc) Feel free to use anything in the house during your stay. Any items are taken or damaged in unit will be deducted from your security deposit.

( Bath towels - $20, Small towels - $10, Linens - $50 etc )
