3rd bedroom (Twin bed and full size futon) is located in the casita in the back yard area.

This is a NON-SMOKING home. This includes outside areas.

This home is not equipped with A/C. You will get a great breeze from the ocean if you open the windows and we supply floor fans.

This homes sleeps 6 people. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.

Please respect your surrounding neighbors. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Evictions are strictly enforced if at any time our guests choose to disregard this rule.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.

For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated if they are prone to check, bark or are not house broken. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. Any damage caused by your pet is not covered under your damage insurance. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.

Pet Fee: $40/Night - please inquire about rates for longer stays (1 week or more).

Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No plans can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.
