All new interiors, furnishings, and housewares. New flooring, walls, doors, closets, plumbing, electrical, Kitchens and Bathrooms. Garage parking for one car and one additional driveway space. Private Washer/Dryer. Walk to restaurants and shops. Lower level home with patio.

Three bedrooms include a large master suite with a King Size bed and brand new tempur-pedic sofa sleeper from American Leather - the most comfortable sofa sleeper available today. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has a full size bed. All beds are brand new Westin Heavenly Dream Beds. Master bedroom sitting area may also be used as a fourth bedroom. Every bedroom has a Smart TV. Upgraded stereo system in the living room allows guests to play music from a cell phone or online streaming service. Complimentary Wifi, printer/scanner/fax for your use. Full Size Washer/Dryer. Beach shower in the garage allows you to enjoy the beach, but leave the sand outside. Beach towels, beach chairs, and 4 bicycles are provided for your use.
