Large 2-story 'great room', perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Three bedrooms with queen beds. Two large bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. One large bedroom upstairs also has a single mattress set. All bedrooms have beautiful en-suite bathrooms, with marble and glass shower, heated marble floors. Bathroom #2 upstairs has clawfoot tub. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout (except bathrooms). Ocean views from most of the house. Kitchen nook provides extra seating.

Two story great room with fireplace provides spacious area for relaxing, enjoying ocean view and sunsets.

High quality linens and mattresses (fully encased in zippered, quiet, breathable protective covers that protect from allergens, etc.) .

Beautiful stained glass pieces are displayed in dining area and great room. Most are from early 1920s (and restored by Jennie).

Conveniently located. Quiet neighborhood minutes from downtown San Diego, beaches, shopping, entertainment.

There is a studio/workshop in the back of the property; the owners may occasionally stay there.

This is a quiet neighborhood. We respect our neighbors.

Our home sleeps 6 comfortably (3 bedrooms with queen beds); additional person(s) can sleep on single mattress or inflatable mattress.

No excessive noise will be tolerated, and will result in dismissal.
