3 UNITS TOTAL BETWEEN VILLAGE'S GRAND SIERRA LODGE AND VILLAGE MONACHE

This two-bedroom suite sleeps 6 and features an oversized living room with amazing views of Mammoth Mountain, a private balcony, an over-sized bathroom with a separate walk in shower (also handicapped accessible), a separate soaking tub, a fully equipped expanded kitchenette with granite countertops, flat screen TV's in all rooms, and free wireless internet. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with a plush Heavenly mattress. This unit was originally a large one bedroom plus a separate den. The den was converted to a 2nd bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size Heavenly bed, a flat screen TV, dressers on each side of the bed and can be closed off with an accordion style door. There is no closet in the 2nd bedroom but there is ample closet space, and a sleeper sofa. This room is handicapped friendly, wheelchair accessible and is rated as a Disability Accessible Room.

You may add mid-stay partial cleaning for $55.00 plus tax

Monache is the best Mammoth has to offer in luxury accommodation. The Monache at the Village, while technically part of the Village, is located across the street from the Village restaurants, shopping and nightlife. It is short walk to gondola which will take you to the slopes of Mammoth Mountain. Monache Resort was first opened in 2008. It is quieter than Village rentals.

Enjoy the many amenities the Monache has to offer such as: full 24-hour gym with locker room, year-round heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, BBQ area, coin-operated laundry facilities, also secured free underground parking. The Monache also offers in-house dining at the lovely Whitebark restaurant.

Book in room massage, dine at White Bark or just relax by the fireplace in your suite with a glass of wine watching the snowfall on the pines.

In the summer the bike shuttle and trolley are steps away and the Village offers exciting events, wine tastings, concerts, restaurants and shopping. Watch movies under the stars and roast marshmallows in the fire pit. Lots of games are scattered throughout the Village square. There is something for adults and kids alike.

****We typically set our nightly rates 4-6 months in advance. In the event you are looking to reserve our property farther in advance and rates are only displayed under our "standard rate" please inquire about our exact rates BEFORE making a "Book It Now" or "Instant Book" reservation. posted.

We accept insta book for this property, however, we reserve the right to cancel within 12 hours in the unlikely event there is a reservation on another booking site. We have not had to do this yet but make this rule as a precaution only

All Instant booking reservations are subject to cancellation and/or revised pricing if made during a time where only our "standard rates" are posted.

We reserve the right to cancel your an instant booking reservation within 24hrs of the booking if your dates leave between 1 and 3 nights open from an existing reservation. This is rarely done and we will normally notify you within a few hours. Contact us for exceptions.

Notes:

Please note that prior to arrival I reserve the right to switch guests from one unit to another of the same type in order to maximize my occupancy. (Just like a hotel). The unit type will always be the same.

No Parties. No Smoking.

Copies of guests drivers licenses or passports are required for last minute bookings made within 7 days of arrival (unfortunately this is necessary as we have had guests pay with stolen credit cards) or within 14 days of arrival if you are a new VRBO traveler. No exceptions.

We charge $79 for Property Damage Protection. This fee will release you for any accidental damage to the property up to $2,000. We do not collect a deposit. In the event there is damage in excess of $2,000 you will be responsible.
