Luxury executive townhouse on 3 levels, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 sunny decks and the best location in Mammoth. Walking distance to 19 restaurants and crawling distance to the shuttle and 5 pubs! Remodeled and everything is new and first class: solid granite counters, stainless steel appliances, hickory cabinets, new bathrooms (all 3), slate floors in kitchen and baths, solid wood doors throughout. There are 2 master bedrooms downstairs and living room and custom kitchen are on the middle floor, the loft up top sleeps up to 4 people. There are (4) Smart LED TVs with cable, Netflix, Hulu, etc. ,(3) BlueRay DVD players and high-speed secured business-class LAN. Sound system in living room is Bluetooth/USB/IPOD ready for home theater and music. This is one of the nicest units available to rent in Mammoth. The condo complex has lots of big Pine trees and Aspen, and the complex has 2 spas, sauna, laundry and pool (open spring to fall).
