Santa Monica Vacation Homes by Jacqui Ganz I am a 'Hooiser' born in Indiana and my wife Jacqui a Filipina raised in Manila, met each other in Los Angeles and married in 2010. We enjoy the Asian motif and warm welcoming, and calm surroundings. We renovated our middle house with this in mind. We designed the layout and functionality with the idea that one day, we will move into this cottage. And providing a space that we can call home has proven to be a winning strategy. We have created a space so comfortable that guests feel at home. The Koi House is your home away from home. Why Jacqui Ganz chose Pico3 unique detached homes on one lot all facing the street. This oasis in the city is surrounded by lush trees. The sound of falling water flowing over rocks into the koi pond instilled a peaceful feeling. Knowing that our friends and family would also enjoy our home we invite you to visit our serene haven providing the perfect place to hang out and relax!
