You have a large shared yard to lounge around with table, 4 chairs, umbrella and new BBQ. (Must clean BBQ after each use or there will be extra cleaning fee) Two lounge chairs for yard with new astroturf and yoga ball and mat furnished. This is a great, quiet neighborhood to walk or ride bikes or walk your dog. Street is a one way, residential street. This is not a loud, dorm situation. Corporate housing or a couple. Must be respectful of the neighbors and noise. Free parking pass for street parking only, included. We sanitize with bleach and lysol, furnish hand sanitizer, immaculate guest house. Guest access

Guests have free parking with one permit for street parking included. (You must return parking pass when checking out of guest house) You can buy extra parking passes if needed.

Free wireless High Speed internet(400 mbps), and cable with new smart 55' TV with free HBO in the guest house. Guests can use free , luxury Kenmore Elite washer and dryer in the garage. You may lounge in the shared yard, noise must be kept to a minimum *Smoking outside only!* Owner is highly allergic to cigarettes, do not smoke inside. Must clean BBQ after each use or you will pay extra cleaning fee. New shark vacuum in garage for tenants to share. Yoga ball and mat for tenants to share. Shared table and 4 chairs with umbrella, 2 lounge chairs and new BBQ to share. Great fenced yard to chill and relax or kids to play.

Other things to note

If you have a guest you must apply for a guest permit parking online. If you have a bicycle you can store it in the garage with owners approval.

We will rent on a 31 nights or longer term basis.

Pets are welcome for an extra dog fee upon prior approval. Dogs must be on leash and supervised when outside at all times without exception.

A host has 48 hours after the checkout date to make a claim on the security deposit. No charges or authorizations are made to the guest's payment method unless the host makes a legitimate claim.
