Newly remodeled with high end, luxurious furniture and fixtures. It is furnished with everything you need to feel ay home and enjoy your vacation in Paradise! Two master en-suites to enjoy your privacy. 37 Swimming pools & spas! This is the best located, coveted Monterey Country Club in Palm Desert. Close to everything you need. Chill and kick back.

This stunning, newly remodeled spared no expenses! Gorgeous, contemporary two Master en-suites. Living room has L shaped couch with sleeper. Sleeps 6. Top of the line appliances and high end, luxurious furniture. Everything is new. Fabulous quartz counter top bar in kitchen with for bar stools. New paint, new everything! The king size master mattress is so comfortable, several people have bought that same high end mattress. TV in master bedroom and TV in living room. Free basic cable with HBO and wifi. The living room coffee table can convert to a desk as it lifts up. (If you must work on vacay.) Entertainers dream condo with great outdoor space to entertain as well. Quiet, zen condo to relax and enjoy your vacay in Paradise!
Escape to the sun in this relaxing paradise in Desert with easy access to the hottest local shops, dining and amenities. Inside your dream getaway enjoy an expertly crafted and custom design – simply pack a toothbrush and head our way to see the best that Palm Desert has to offer. Take a dip in one of the 37 sparkling (Heated in winter months) pools and spas, shake up a cocktail in the fully equipped kitchen or find the backdrop for your next viral moment.

You will have access to the entire condo and can park your car inside the garage. There is a front, gated private courtyard with bar stools and sun lounger. There is a back patio with a propane BBQ and two sun loungers with a table and four chairs to entertain outside. The patio also has a ceiling fan with a light. Enjoy al fresco outside dining on the patio with views of the golf course. There are 37 swimming pools and spas available 6:00am-10:00pm. The pools are heated depending on So Cal gas rates. Monterey Country Club is a private golf club. Guests who rent over 30 days can inquire about paying for amenities such as golf, pickle ball, tennis, gym, You as a guest may dine in Monterey Country Club with proper attire and you pay for your own meals. We are surrounded by many public golf courses, tennis and pickle ball courts.
Other things to note

This is NOT a party home. No smoking allowed inside condo.(Outside only!) We are located in quiet Country Club. We expect noise control and respect our neighbors. Any violation of these rules is an automatic eviction and you will pay any fines if you are fined. We have 37 pools and spas for you to use year round. Swimming pools will be heated based on So Cal Gas rates-some pools may not be heated at various times. We expect you to treat our home as your home. We have very high end furniture from Mathis brothers. It's luxurious living! The mattress is so great people buy the same one & you never want to get up out of bed. We appreciate shoes off in the house as it keeps things cleaner and a zen feeling. (Bring slippers) In the living room we added a L shaped couch with queen mattress to accommodate 6 people if needed. Sorry no pets.
