• Studio is equipped with a Kitchenette and small dining space with a living room style interior w/ cable TV with DVD player, stereo with CD player, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, hairdryer & telephone. The premise has access to BBQ & washer and dryer.

Two outdoor pools, five spas, lazy river pool, children pools, splash pad, man-made lakes, fitness center, recreation center, business center, video rental, elevator, arcade, tennis courts, grocery service, The Spa at Indio.
Guest access:
Guests have access to pool area, fitness room and other resort amenities.

I am available for questions and assistance from booking through check out. Resort questions during your stay should be directed to resort employees or front office.
Other things to note:
A rental agreement is required prior to check-in. Once received we will pre-register all guests in group. Only registered guests will be allowed in resort during concert event dates. For further details or questions, please message us.
Because it's a timeshare, there is no daily maid service however, the resort will provide upon request any additional towels or supplies that the accommodations provides. Guests are expected to empty trash if it so happens to fill up while during your stay. Guest responsibilities and more information available at front desk during check-in.
