The space
We are right at the beach and walking distance to the pier, shops and restaurants. There is only the one way road called the Strand between the property and the beach. The Strand is bordered on either side by pedestrian walk ways and is a popular place to walk. The composition of the beach changes throughout the year.

The unit has tile flooring throughout. The kitchen & living room areas have the ocean view, and the bedroom is in the back. We've installed a quiet cool whole house fan to help cool the place down. The kitchen does have a dishwasher. There's a flat screen tv and free cable and wifi. We have free assigned parking in our private lot. We are about a 5 minute walk from the pier and the beach in front of our place is not crowded.

Guest access
Slider doors open out onto the ocean view deck. A nice table with umbrella and chairs provides the perfect place to dine or enjoy the ocean view. The deck is shared with one other one bedroom unit on the opposite end. The other unit also has its own table with umbrella and chairs. We have complimentary beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and beach toys available in our equipment room. We have a large propane bbq downstairs on the patio. We have our own laundry facility with coin operated washers and dryers. Our outdoor shower is great for rinsing from the beach.

Other things to note
We own the entire property. We vacation rental 8 of the units at the property ( studios, 1 bedrooms and a 3 bedroom). You may want to bring friends and family and book a few units. We have a resident manager on site to look after things.
