We're located in a nice complex w/ a low tolerance for noise. Quiet time is 9pm-9am-we don't expect you to whisper but loud music/parties will not be tolerated. Limited parking-only 2 cars allowed per condo-no street parking nearby. No Smoking. The condo's HOA has a rule of NO PETS, please do not try & sneak pets in as the complex managers live a few doors down & they can impose fines for pets.
