SPA & SAUNA: CLOSED DUE TO COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCALLS. The HOA will continue to monitor the situation and will re-open once mandates are lifted and it is safe to do so, possibly in late June.

Guest access
The entire inside of the condo is yours to enjoy along with the back patio. There are extensive grass areas and tennis courts that are shared with the other occupants in the complex. When the pools and hot tub are open (temporarily closed due to COVID) these are also shared with the other occupants in the complex.

2 SUMMER POOLS & YEAR-ROUND HOT TUB:

Our county recently passed a law that states that short term rentals are not allowed to have a gas BBQ on the premises unless it’s 10 feet away from any combustible structure. Our insurance company required us to remove our BBQ. Sorry!

95% of the places at Tahoe do not have air conditioning. Ours is one of them. It does always cool down in the evenings and if you open the windows, it will cool down nicely. There are also portable fans in the closets.
