Long term rental. Large condo with garage parking located on the edge of Balboa park at Upas St and Florida St. One block to Balboa Tennis Club (25 lit courts), five minute walk to San Diego Zoo, two minute drive to Highway 5 Highway 163, and Balboa Golf Course. 10 min walk to main street Hillcrest. Located in North Park area on border of Hillcrest and neighboring Balboa Park. Updated living space is about 1,300 sf plus patio space of about 800sf!
