We are located in a quiet neighborhood and ask guests to observe quiet time that starts at 9pm. We don’t expect you to whisper but noise that can be heard outside the house will be a problem.
We are required to collect 10% Placer County Room Tax. We’ll confirm the amount of room tax due & you’ll have the option to approve the total amount due (including the room tax) before your card is charged.
