Chateau Bernina is the perfect mountain getaway for large families and medium to large groups. This open and spacious house has five bedrooms with a loft and five and a half baths that can sleep 12 people comfortably. The large A-framed central floor includes the family room with stone fireplace, 65” big screen TV and comfortable cloth reclining couches, which you will doze off in. A billiard room with leather couches and a fireplace. The indoor spa room is equipped with a large 10 person spa, dry sauna, and full bathroom that can make any person's rough week just melt away. The kitchen can accommodate a large dinner party with plenty of seating. Outside dining and entertaining on the deck is readily accommodated with a table on the upper deck/ chairs / umbrellas and a gas BBQ.
Two skylights in the ceiling grace the Master Suite with a king bed, stone fireplace, vanity and TV. Our other bedrooms include queen beds, and a loft for the kids to play. Other amenities include: high speed internet access, TVs with Roku players, YoutubeTV, book library, board/card games, central vacuum, heating and cooling, washer & dryer, and much more.
Chateau Bernina is a very pleasant and inviting large home with everything you’ll need for a relaxing vacation in the mountains. Snowboarding/skiing is available during the winter season. Come stay for a week, weekend, or longer.
Our retreat is ideal for executive or large family retreats in this beautiful home located close to the Blue Jay and Arrowhead Village.

Lake Arrowhead Vacation Home by Michael Veksler. I was born and raised in Los Angeles. My family and I have been going to Lake Arrowhead for over 30 years. As a child, my parents took me to Lake Arrowhead for summer vacations. This place has a unique quality that draws good people together to enjoy the beauty of this wonderful destination. When we found this home and all of the wonderful amenities it had, we couldn't believe it was ours to own. I think from seeing the pictures you can tell that we pay close attention to making it a comfortable place for us and for all to enjoy. What makes this property unique: This 4,774 sq. ft. home comes with five separate bedrooms, and three of the five have their own full bathrooms. The loft is large, allowing children to enjoy climbing a treehouse-like ladder to their secret den to play. The home has a garage for one car, and the driveway can fit an additional four cars. The large indoor jacuzzi and sauna are my favorite amenities of the house. Going up to the lake house with the family to unwind in the spa room melts all your worries away. The road is public, maintained, and plowed, so it won't spoil your vacation when there is light snow.
