Our county has developed new regulations for short term rentals that require no noise or loud music that can be heard past our property line especially after 10pm.
Our neighbors are nice but we’ve had a few groups lately that were loud and the neighbors complained to us.
No Smoking in the house. This includes Vape, Medical Marijuana, Hookah, etc.
This family owned home is very special to the owners. Will your group take good care of the place?
