Right on Miami Beach - Phenomenal views and access to all of Miami including spa, gift shop, concierge, and 24/7 front desk checkin . Direct beach access with beach umbrella and chairs available at additional cost .South Beach/ Lincoln Street is just a short cab drive away. Completely newly furnished condo with very comfortable beds and stylish furnishings . Balcony included to enjoy views and atmosphere of ocean . The balcony access is available and the place has views of the ocean . THE UPPER DECK POOL& HALF THE GYM , IS NOT AVAILABLE DUE TO RENOVATIONS .GUESTS ARE CURRENTLY USING THE LOWER POOL WHICH IS ACCESSIBLE THROUGH THE LOBBY LEVEL . THE HALLWAYS ARE COMPLETE AND CARPETS PLACED .
