Beautiful condo with crystal white porcelain floors, modern bathrooms and kitchen !No expense has been spared in renovating this condo to 5 star standards!!!

The unit has brand new furniture and furnishings. It would be a treat to live here ! The owners like to stay here part time, hence the best quality products have been purchased

Their is free parking for one car, at the beach each apartment is entitled to a umbrella and 4 chairs at no Charge.There is an in house grocery store selling essentials, a salon, gym.,a pool with cabanas and a hot tub. Certainly a place to have a fantastic holiday !!

Located directly on the beach, with beautiful bay views. Close access to all the Miami beach attractions....Lincoln Road, South Beach or downtown are a short cab ride away!!

LATEST FREE CHECKIN WOULD BE 9PM AFTER THAT WOULD BE AT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF 30 DOLLARS.AFTER 12 AM WOULD BE 50 DOLLARS.
