About this space

2 large BR ,2 Baths,(Sleeps 6) dble size balcony ocean views. South expo

1,200 sq ft recently decorated 2 full BR each with private large full bath.

The 25 ft double-sized terrace was completely renovated the cement walls were replaced with glass walls for a better view of the ocean. The upper pool and surrounding area are still in the process of being extensively renovated. The lower pool which is much larger than most other hotels and its 2 hot tubs are fully functional Any remaining work will be limited to replacing the hallway carpet and will not be intrusive, however, to account for this limited activity I have reduced the nightly rate.

Please note that my suite was recently updated with all the amenities you would expect to find in your own home., . The suite is Premier rated and among the larger & better furnished in the condo with 32-5* reviews

There is a new 50' flat screen TV & king size bed in master BR.

2nd BR has new 32' flat-screen TV with 2 full-sized beds.

LR has pull out couch sleeps 2 with 40'' flat-screen TV . Small TV in fully equipped kitchen with granite counters & wine cooler . Southern exposure keeps apt. bright & sunny all day . Terracotta tiled floors throughout the unit. Free bath towels and lounge chairs at lower pool with 2 hot tubs., free Wifi , Valet parking is $30/day or $350/month ($11/day). We suggest you park next door in city lot for $10 day in & out free and payable from smart phone.There will be no additional charges during your stay. You would be happy to stay in this suite 24/7.
