Newly Renovated And Exquisitely Furnished Apartment

Property is located on the ocean in a 4 star hotel resort, with beautiful views of the ocean and the City from the balcony . The hotel has two pools, restaurants, SPA, Gym sauna and other standard hotel amenities. There are valet and concierge services available. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with living and kitchen. The unit has been newly renovated and exquisitely furnished. You will be a 10 minute drive or bus ride from South Beach.

THE UPPER DECK POOL AND HALF GYM ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO GUESTS DUE TO STALLED RENOVATIONS . I HAVE NOT POSTED THE PICTURES OF THE UPPER DECK , THE LOWER DECK POOL POSTED IN THE LISTING IS BEING USED BY GUESTS .CURRENTLY THEY ARE WORKING ON THE HALLWAYS, THE CARPETS HAVE BEEN STRIPPED OFF AND THE WALLS ARE BEING PAINTED . THE FLOORS WILL BE BARE CONCRETE, THE CARPETS ARE DUE TO BE PLACED IN MARCH .THE MAIN DOOR OF THE APT WILL BE REPLACED IN THE WEEK OF 9 th to 14 th MARCH . I HAVE DISCOUNTED THE RATES FOE THOSE DATES .
