Beautiful two bedroom two bath,spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen,located in condo resort hotel .It has 24/7 security ,valet service ,concierge to help the guests plan their trip in MIAMI ! The property is located on the famous Millionaires Row ,same road as the Fontaine Bleu , Eden Roc !

The resort has two pools upper deck and lower deck ,with a snack bar ,full beach and pool towel service .Enjoy the facilities of a hotel within the comfort of a home .Cook a healthy meal and enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony with the views of the ocean and the bay .

THE UPPER DECK POOL AND HALF GYM ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO GUESTS DUE TO STALLED RENOVATIONS .THE LOWER POOL SHOWN IN THE LISTING PHOTOS IS BEING USED BY GUESTS. THEY ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON THE HALLWAYS , THE CARPETS HAVE BEEN STRIPPED OFF AND THE WALLS PAINTED . THE CARPETS WILL BE PLACED IN MARCH . THE MAIN DOOR OF THE APT WILL BE REPLACED IN THE WEEK OF 24 th feb to 29 th feb .I HAVE DISCOUNTED THE RATES FOR THE DAYS.
