Fontainebleau is now considered one of the most important pieces of architecture in Miami Beach, it has been world-renowned as the "It" resort of Miami Beach since the the 1950s. A glamorous affair, the hotel often houses celebrities, and often hosts concerts on its pool deck or in its self-contained nightclub, the equally famous LIV. You will also find a variety of restaurants, including Hakkasan, Scarpetta and La Côte.

GUEST ACCESS:
When you stay at this private residence, you have access to all hotel amenities which includes the pool, beach, spa, and gym, as well as all the restaurants. Room service is also available.

GUEST INTERACTION:
Our private concierge will be on premise to assist our guests with arrivals, departures, and any other requests they may have during their stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Valet service, upon availability, can be obtained directly at the property at the regular valet rate.
• Two daily spa passes are included in the rental.
• LRMB provides private concierges service for additional desires like a private chef, maid service with breakfast, a day on the boat, tours or simply just advice on where to go and what to do.

HOUSE RULES:
• Pets: We follow the hotels rules regarding pets. If a pet is permitted, there will be an additional refundable pet deposit required of $2,500 required.

• Travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of total rental cost.
