One of the few places in the area with a pool.

Gorgeous 2 bedroom , 2 bath with living and dining on Miami Beach at the Alexander.Full service kitchen ,3 beds sleeping upto 6 adults.

Ocean and city views from the balcony.The condo has recently been remodeled with beautiful European floors and luxurious bathrooms.Entire condo is furnished exquisitely .The building is directly on the beach ,with direct beach access. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for a charge.Apt has free WiFi and cable .

The condo building is going through renovations , the upper deck pool and half gym are unavailable . Currently they are working in the hallways , the carpets have been stripped off and due to be placed in March sometime . PLEASE BOOK KEEPING THE RENOVATIONS IN MIND . THE MAIN DOOR OF THE APT WILL BE REPLACED IN THE WEEK OF MARCH 2 to MARCH 7 th . IT IS A 3 HOUR JOB , I WILL BE THERE TO OVERSEE THINGS . THE RATE FOR THOSE DATES HAVE BEEN DISCOUNTED.
