3bedroom 1bathroom apartment. centrally located, 15 minutes away from South Beach. Top unit of 2 story apartment building. Property was recently renovated and fully furnished, it's in impeccable condition. Has 3 bedrooms: The master has a queen size bed and the other 2 bedrooms have bunk beds. With the sofa bed it can accommodate up to 11 people at an unbeatable price. Includes parking for 1 car in the driveway and any additional cars can parallel park on the street. Amenities consist of cable/WiFi, fully operational kitchen, central A/C and has a keyless combination door to facilitate access at a greater convenience.
