This beautiful cottage is the perfect choice for your vacation or business trip. Enjoy the enclosed roof terrace and spacious garden with barbecue or have a few drinks by the jacuzzi. In addition to free parking and all the outdoor amenities, we also offer a completely renovated and furnished interior.

The unit has two bedrooms. One room has a queen bed for two guests, the other has bunk beds for four guests. The living room has a sofa bed. Located on a quiet street, the house is walking distance from various activities and a short drive from Brickell, Wynwood, and South Beach. The house is in brand new condition with new appliances, furniture and amenities.

Catch some sun rays, and enjoy our tropical Miami weather at our beautiful tropical garden.The garden offers an ideal gathering place, with an available barbecue and dining table.This area is shared only with Unit B on the Second floor.This historic house offers the perfect amenities for a romantic getaway, a family trip, or a reunion.
