Welcome to this beautiful 2 bed / 2 bath corner unit in West Palm Beach's chic "The Edge" tower. Enjoy the amenities of a salt water pool, gym, or café during the day. At night, enjoy a sunset on your wrap-around balcony with spectacular views of Clear Lake.

Situated only minutes from the airport, beach, downtown, and the new Brightline train (with stops in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale) this apartment has a great location. Gated garage parking is included for the duration of your stay and there is a 24/7 lobby attendant to answer any immediate questions. There is an application process required with the HOA, including an interview. Therefore, reservations must be made at least 72 hours before arrival. This property, which can only be booked for a minimum of 4 weeks, also requires a security deposit.

This unit is not pet friendly and no animals of any kind are allowed, including service animals, as the owner is highly allergic. Please note that parties, receptions or events with visitors not residing in this vacation rental are not allowed.
