Villa Dolce Vita offers large bright rooms overlooking the water and Palm Beach Island with 4 bedrooms total - 3 king bedded ensuite bedroom/bathrooms with views to the water and a comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with living room and kitchen is located over the garage. The home features a spacious heated pool and garden area for outdoor living and dining. South Dixie Hwy with restaurants and shops is just a 5 minute walk away downtown West Palm Beach and the Island of Palm Beach are a 3-4 minute drive (or 10 minute bike ride). This house is pet friendly, but there are weight and breed restrictions as well as applicable fees and deposit requirements. All pets are on request.
