Completely renovated and newly furnished in late 2021, Little Havana features 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms and an expansive garden with a heatable pool. This light and contemporary vacation rental is located in the Flamingo Park Historic District, one of the most desirable neighborhoods in West Palm Beach, Florida. The property also features an attractive covered outdoor dining space, large walk-in closet in the master bedroom and free off-street parking (private driveway).

This house is not pet friendly and no animals of any kind are allowed, including service animals, as the owner is highly allergic. Please note that parties, receptions or events with visitors not residing in this vacation rental are not allowed. Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate eviction from the property with no refund. Please contact Palm Beach Vacation Rentals for more details.

This home requires an additional $ 500 refundable security deposit to be paid with a check or wire transfer before arrival (or cash at arrival).
