Experience the ultimate beach vacation at Sun King #4, a remodeled ground floor beachfront cottage located directly on the stunning Gulf of Mexico here in sunny Indian Shores, Florida! With its backyard beach, you can step out of your door and onto the sand!!   This one-bedroom/one-bathroom cottage has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay including:a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa bed in the living room, free Wi-Fi, Roku TVs, a Bluetooth stereo system, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The bathroom has a gorgeous walk-in shower and there is a stackable washer/dryer. Fresh linens and towels are also provided.   Relax on one of our private lounge chairs and soak up the sun or head down to the water and enjoy a swim in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Sun King #4 also provides beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and sand toys.   Enjoy the convenience of an attached carport right outside your door and the accessibility of mini golf, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. I did NOT want a traditional high rise condo with elevators and security guards and rules and regulations. I also wanted that immersed in nature feel and not a touristy vibe, yet I didn’t want to be far from restaurants, and fun things to do.I looked for just the right property for EIGHT years! But boy was it worth the wait!I wanted a ground floor beachfront property to bring my kids and enjoy the beach life without the hassle of schlepping everyone and all the gear into the car and finding a place to park! lolMy family, friends, and guests from around the world have fond memories of our time here--I still pinch myself that I am fortunate enough to own this little slice of PARADISE!
