Located just a short walk down Seacrest Beach Boulevard is this darling 4 bdrm beach house We call "All Decked Out" !! Your family and friends will thoroughly enjoy this very well equipped beach house and for those fussy guests, you will love how well kept and clean this house is. Every room has a porch or deck off of it, hence the name. All the amenities of home and a "Chefs Kitchen" for those who would rather cook in, this very well stocked Kitchen will delight the chef within your family.

Open air first floor with a King Master suite off the kitchen with full bath, walk in shower, on the lower level. Another queen suite sits upstairs with private bath,along with two other cute well appointed kids rooms, and a loft area with a pull out queen sofa. ( sleeps 10) Whether your a small family of four or a large extended family this house will sleep 10 in beds. Every room is nicely appointed and has a flat panel TV with cable & we provide wifi throughout the house.

Bring your netflix,Hulu, card as we do have a smart TV in the family room off the Kitchen. Ready to Bike to Seaside for lunch? We provide 4 bike/beach cruisers at no extra charge. Once your parked, you really do not have to get back in your car as you are within walking distance of all the great shops, coffee bars, wine bars, and restaurants at Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, and Alys Beach. The Seacrest Beach Resort lagoon pool is one of the most lavish multi level resort pools in the south.

New for 2019 is a poolside cafe tiki bar where you can dine on a fresh grouper sandwich or enjoy a frozen drink while sitting by the pool. waitress service is available. Also, there will be poolside live entertainment on friday and saturdays just off the pool deck. Palm tree lined sitting and lounge areas look over a 13,000 sq ft lagoon pool with multiple fountains and waterfalls. This pool was featured in "Southern living Magazine" in 2015. You can walk to the beach or better yet, hop on the free beach tram that will pick you up at the curb and take you to the beach steps. Once done at the beach, the tram will return you back to the house.
