Welcome to 'Happy Ours', a well-appointed beach cottage ideally located in the Cottages of Camp Creek. If you're looking for a relaxing and unique vacation spot, this is it! We invite you to sit back and relax on the large covered deck overlooking the beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Take a bike ride (bikes included) to some of the most beautiful beach communities in the area - complete with unique stores, boutiques, acclaimed restaurants and fun activities for everyone of all ages. Or just walk across the street, down the private beach access, to the sugar-white sands of the gulf. We are a very short 3 minute walk to the beautiful and very quiet beach.

Over 90 new top rated movies and hit TV series DVDs, keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, full sized arcade w/ 60 classic games (ms. Pacman, donkey kong, frogger etc...), 2 bikes maintained by bike company, jogging stroller and now listen to your favorite tunes overlooking the pool on our new outdoor porch speakers while grilling out on our new charcoal grill.***

'Happy Ours' is a comfortable and inviting 3 bedroom home with upscale amenities located off of hwy 30-a between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the comforts of home and full of upgrades - from the stainless steel appliances, down to the fondue set! Relax in the master bedroom and look out the french doors to the patio and pool. We have one of the best views in the community overlooking the pool. The bathrooms are beautifully tiled and ultra clean! The 2nd room is equipped with a queen bed and walk-in closet and the 3rd bedroom has cozy twin bunk beds. Two bedrooms are equipped with TV/DVD players and lots of games and movies are there for your enjoyment. Don't forget your favorite cds. We also offer free WiFi internet access and the movie channels.

NOTE: Top bunk and ladder of bunk beds have a 135lb weight limit. Please reserve that spot for children only.
