We have a beautiful private pool (can be heated in the winter with a fee) in our large fenced yard for those times you need a break from the beach. Chaise lounges, hammock, pool floats, and a 5-burner gas grill for great cookouts are also provided.

Upstairs Kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, utensils, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and more, ready to prepare yummy meals with a large dining area and breakfast bar seating.

A large Florida room with a kitchenette and a bathroom watching over the pool so you don't even have to go into the house for refreshments or a quick break.

60” HD TV and sound system in the living room and Smart HD TVs in the other rooms with fully paid streaming accounts.

Ready to play? PlayStation 4 is available for your enjoyment. Don't forget to pack your favorite games and Blu-rays for some downtime at the house.

3 King-size bedrooms (1 downstairs and 2 upstairs)

1 Bunk room with 2 Full Over Full bunk beds downstairs (sleeps 8)

Smart HD TVs in all rooms with all-you-can-watch streaming accounts

Washer and Dryer.

Beach chairs, beach cart, and some beach toys.

Front Deck:

Beautiful huge deck going out from the living room with swing and rocking chairs and dining table. Second top deck with ocean view.

We love the beach and we love to host, so we bought a beach house in our favorite location and decided to rent it for others to enjoy it while we're not there. We put our hearts into this house to make it beautiful, comfortable, and fun for every group any time of the year. We are sure you, your family, and friends (even those 4-legged ones) will have a perfect beach vacation.
