Guest access

All our villas can be accessed via a secure keyless access code or electronic lock or lock box feature. Access to community is free but guests are required to put a $20 (approx) refundable deposit to obtain an electronic key card which acts as a FastPass to the community at the guard house. This $20 deposit will be refunded to guests when they return the keycard during clubhouse business hours on the day of their departure.
Guests will have full access to the entire home. They will also have free access to all resort community features and common areas such as Club House, Gym, Internet Café, Swimming pools, Tennis courts, Volleyball Court, Walking trials and more.

Other things to note

Pool and spa heating is optional at $35/nt+tax and can be added with a confirmed reservation.

We offer key-less check-in/check-out with time sensitive lock. Check-in after 4:00 pm Check-out by 10:00 am. Arrivals before the scheduled time or not possible. Re-entry after the scheduled departure time is not possible. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a fee and must be pre-arranged.

Please follow all posted signs and the guidelines given at the Club House. Please put trash away before you depart and follow the trash disposal procedures that will be explained at the club house when you arrive.
No Trailer and RV Parking anywhere in the community. Car parking inside the garage is not possible as the garage has been fully converted to be a game room. You can park on the driveway or on the street.

All properties in the house belongs to owner. If you use the BBQ, please clean after use to avoid a $50 fee. Guest is responsible for refill propane tank if it's empty, owner will refund cost up to $15 with receipt.

No Smoking and No Pets. Smoking inside any part of the home/game-room or bringing pets will result in loss of security deposit (or charge of $500) and possible additional charges added to your bill. Please note tampering with the pool equipment, AC controls, lock-off areas will result in loss of security deposit and possible additional charges added to your bill.

Thermostat is set and locked-off with temporary over-ride option to guests. Use the controls to adjust the temperature, however, any evidence of mischief will result in loss of security deposit and possible additional charges added to your bill. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation.
