A perfect size vacation home for families who wish to stay close to Disney and come home to their own private pool to cool off after a long day at the parks. The decor was professionally updated in June 2022 aand again with further updates such as new flooring, new beds and furniture along with an updated kitchen and new appliances in June 2023.

Emerald Island is a popular resort as it is one of the closest in the Kissimmee area to the Disney theme parks, just 3 miles away. The resort is surrounded by preserve and includes nature trails for walks as well as a children's playground..There is a clubhouse with sauna and gym and resort pool and hot tub, tennis, basketball and volley ball courts and mini golf to enjoy. There is also a poolside tiki bar for drinks and snacks.

This bright and spacious home in Emerald Island Resort is perfect for a larger family or group who wish to stay together yet enjoy individual privacy. There are plenty of open spaces shared by the entire group as well as private and comfortable areas to retrieve to. The air conditioned movie and game room with LED lighting and dimmable lights to set the mood has a 75" wall mounted TV, air hockey, pool table and multi arcade for hours of fun. A game of pool before dinner is served perhaps?

The kitchen comes fully equipped so you can prepare meals or snacks. An extended kitchen island seat 8 and faces a double sliding door leading straight to the pool deck and the Florida Sun. Or, perhaps everyone prefers to get comfy in the large couch before a wall-mounted TV screen. For those who wish to withdraw for pleasant conversation, there is a sitting room next to the fine dining area that seats 10.

On the first floor, you'll find a Master Ensuite (Bath&Shower Combo) Bedroom as well as a half bath. A Master Suite upstairs has a step-in shower, and a second King Ensuite Bedroom comes with a tub. It's not just the kids bedrooms that are themed, one of the King sized bedrooms will remind you of a familiar spooky mansion. The kids will enjoy the space-themed and princess castle-themed bedrooms upstairs, both enhanced with LED lighting - each with two full/twin bunk beds. Each kids' bedroom connects via Jack & Jill bathrooms to two Queen bedrooms. Every single bedroom includes a wall-mounted TV. For your convenience, the home also comes with a full washer & Dryer, Iron & ironing board.

Terms And Conditions:
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
Tax is not included in nightly rates
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival
Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.
Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Emerald Island Resort requires one (1) Resort Access Fee per guest vehicle at a cost of $20 per vehicle plus applicable tax ($21.40). This Fee is Non-Refundable.There is a minimum charge of one (1) Resort Access Fee per reservation even if you have no vehicles.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
